for the dancers at the background they are planning to wear black legging as the main dancer will be wearing white.

This is the top they are planning to wear aswell.. To go with the outfit and also to look trendy and nice, and also stand out. 

 

Not exactly red trainers but close enough to those. And yes hat aswell will be part of the costume aswell!
